Australian Transgender Support Association Queensland
The Australian Transgender Support Association of QLD Incorporated (ATSAQ) is run by transgenders for transgenders and provides emotional/moral support for people with Gender Dysphoria (formally known as Gender identity Disorder) their families and friends. They also educate and try to dispel misunderstanding and combat discrimination and liaise with government to assist in better policy practices and representation. ATSAQ is a confidential, non-profit, non-government funded organization, relying on donations and membership for financial support. We are proud to support this very worthy organisation.
Brisbane Pride
Brisbane Pride delivers important cultural and community building events each year, include Brisbane Pride and The Queens Ball. Brisbane Pride Festival is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of all LGBTIQ+ people and communities to live well and free from all forms of discrimination.
Diverse Voices
Diverse Voices is a non-profit organisation with a focus on the wellbeing of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex & queer - or LGBTIQ - communities through operation of the peer support telephone, web chat & referral service.
Queensland Aids Council
The Queensland AIDS Council (QuAC) supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people to achieve the best possible health and well-being and participate fully in the life of communities, free from stigma and discrimination.
The LGBTI Legal Service offers free and confidential legal advice to Queensland residents who identify as members of the diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex community.
LGBTI Legal Service
Open Doors Youth Service provides support to young people with diverse genders, sex and sexualities. We support young people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual, Pansexual, Sistergirl or Brotherboy (LGBTIQAP+ Sistergirl & Brotherboy) aged 12-24 across South East Queensland.
